just a tip:) i m german, do not rent from People the army gives you contact Information from, they know BAH rates,they try to get the most money from u. If you speak german or have help try www.immobilienscout24.de
or www.immowelt.de , there you can usually find cheaper prices, because its usually from german people, who dont know the Army , BAH rates....so you ll get prices like a german citizen. Just make sure, you get the apartment from someome private, It will say in the advertisement : von privat!!

Are you looking for floorplans, or a specific house?
Army regulations changed after 9/11, and basically made posting of house floorplans a "no no." You might be able to go to this website: http://www.bw.eur.army.mil/sites/news/Herald-Post/h-post.htm and do a search for housing articles.
