The answer "ich liebe dich" is right.
But I think you want to know how to pronounce it.

Ok, here it goes:
Pronounce "ch" like in the Scotch word "loch" - never pronounce it like "k" because this is completely wrong!
"i" is pronounced like the English letter "e"
so "ech" = ich
"leabe" (2nd "e" in liebe is pronounced like "e" - short "e" - in the article "the")
"dich" = like in "ich" but starting with "d"

Hope I could help you

Hey Joe B.,
believe me "Ich liebe Dich." is correct. I am an native german from Schleswig-Holstein.

Joseph T
"I love you" is "Ich liebe dich".
Watch out for some of those other answers they are not really nice.
If it is a boyfreind/girlfreind relationship, and you are not ready to say I love you, you can also say: "Ich hab dich gern". Which means, I like you very much.

yaramyriel
Ich liebe dich - to your bf

Ich hab dich lieb - to your friend, parents etc

Not positive, but my German Grandpa used to call me his "Leibling" which I think meant loved one. It was a really nice thing to hear. I think its "Ich Leib Dich" or something like that. (Not positive on spelling.)

Ich liebe dich :) prounounced Ik leebeh dik

Joe B.
I've never heard the dich ending to it...I always thought it was Ich Lieber Du (probably not spelled right)...

Actually, go here: http://translation2.paralink.com/

It's Ich Liebe Du according to this translation web page.

Ich liebe dich also comes across as I Love You...
