Schoen Castle in Obervessel. I stayed there. Private bath room. Good food. Can eat on an outdoor veranda that has an unbelievable view of the countryside.

Expensive, but a nice experience. Accepts major credit cards.

Don't believe them when they say it is a 15 min. walk from the town. It is straight up. Take a Taxi.

There's potentially several and unfortunately I don't know.

But if you contact the official German National Tourism Bureau by looking at their website via this links they will help you. Send them an email also - they are very helpful:

German National Tourism Bureau:http://www.tourismrankings.com/Germany/

I noticed these sites have a lot of mentions of "castles" and also have English translations. You may be able to research your options above in conjunction with these locations which are close to many magnicent castles [ amongst many]:

Here's some example links:

Bavarian Alps:
"All rooms are have bavarian baroque, founded in 1492. King Ludwig II stayed here on his travel to his castles "Newschwanstein", "Linderhof" and "Schachen".

Rothenburg:http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com/Germany/Rothenburg/
German Version:http://www.hotelsdeutsche.com/Germany/Rothenburg/

Cochem:http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com/Germany/Cochem/

I hope this is of some help
