The Miramar(Spelling?) near Weinheim(North of Heidelberg). Wave pool, water slides, indoor and outdoor pool areas with jacuzzis, etc. Good restaurant, child friendly, clean and well organized facilities(lockers, changing rooms, etc.)The sauna area(ALL Naked=German FKK) costs extra, but that also allows you to go outside to the lake area, if you are not shy it can be fun. AND, just so you know Tuesdays and Saturdays after 7PM the whole place goes naked.
Good Luck and Have Fun!

Munich (actually this place called Erding near Munich) opened a great water park called Galaxy a few months ago. It's brand new. It's indoors though.

Hockenheim has a small one. I'm sorry I can't remember what it is called, you'll have to try google.

just try to find what you like at www.freizeitparks.de. They'll list every kind of park that exist in whole Germany and show pictures of how it looks like
