Als ich zehn Jahre alt war, war ich sehr gesellig und überhaupt nicht schüchtern. Ich liebte die Spice Girls und wollte Engländerin werden. Ich sprach (sogar?) mit einem Akzent! Ich war ein seltsames Kind..

Ich hatte einen Hund, als ich ein kleines Kind war. Sie hieß Happy und sie war ein Eskimohund. Ich liebte sie. Wir hatten viel Spass zusammen, aber jetzt lebt sie nicht mehr.

Als ich jung war, hatte ich weisse Haare. Es war sehr leicht!

Ich hatte eine glückliche Kindheit.

...I'm German, so I think this should be okay that way :-)! Though I don't really get the point?

I would change Eskimohund into Huskie because nobody understand and knew what a Eskimohund is.

'London' is right.......but I think the reference to the hair should be as follows:

Als ich jung war, hatte ich weisse Haare. Es war sehr hell!

The German word 'hell' = 'light' in English (hellblau = light blue, etc.)

als ich zehn jahre alt war, war ich sehr gesellig (you don´t say "gesellig" in such a text- you can say "quirlig" or "wie ein wirbelwind") the next sentenses is right. ich liebte die spice girls und ich wollte engländer/ amerikaner(we don´t say british) werden.
ich hatte auch einen hund, als ich ein kleines kind war. sie hieß happy und sie war ein eskimohund (better is to say husky). wir hatten viel spaß zusammen, aber sie lebt jetzt nicht mehr.
als ich jung war hatte ich weiße haare.(i don´t know what you mean)

Ich bin sehr froh dass Du eine glücliche Kindheit hattest. Und Ich bin sehr traurig dass dein geliebter Hund Happy nicht mehr lebt. Warum wolltest du ein Brite werden als du ein Kind warst ? Bist Du Amerikanerin ? Tschüss.

Mostly it is correct though there are a few minor errors in grammar. It is quite understandable though.

A couple of things to remember: it is der Hund so not matter whether your dog was a girl or a boy it is always referred to in the male form and also, use the correct forms of haben and other verbs.

But otherwise it is fine and makes sense.

only older people have white hair its better to say:

"Als ich jung war, hatte ich blonde Haare. Sie waren sehr hell" or "Als ich jung war, hatte ich hellblonde Haare"

Hi from Düsseldorf, Germany. Does not really make sense, I'll gonna translate it for you though and ignore the grammar mistakes:

When I was sixteen I was very open minded. I was not shy at all. I loved the Spice Girls and I wanted to become british. I had an accent! I was a weird child.

I had a dog, when I was a little child. His name was Happy and he was an escimo-dog. I loved him. We've had lot's of fun together but he's already passed away now.

When I was young I had white hair. It was very simple. (Could also mean very bright).

I had a happy childhood.

Okay, that's it. Dies it make sense now? :-)
