Answering you a good link is this
http://www.rnv-online.de/rnvGips/RNV/rnv... already given above but it is a good one.
Once your there you can get maps and also look at local stand with schedules posted its not that hard once your there. |

You can pick the requested information also at www.bahn.de up. It is the homepage of the German railways company but it offers you also all schedules including fares of the regional public transportation services. |

As the three previous answers are perfectly correct I'm trying to "understand" why they got a thumb down... Silly reactions!
And now I'm getting thumbs down! How stupid! |

That's a map showing the main bus routes etc. in that area.
And when you look at the top right of this page here, there is something called "Fahrplanauskunft" (like trip planner):
http://www.rnv-online.de/rnvGips/Gips?Anwendung=CMSWebpage&Methode=ShowHTMLAusgabe&RessourceID=42&WebPublisher.NavId=42&SessionMandant=RNV
It starts with "Von:" meaning the starting point of your trip.
The next is "Nach:" meaning the place you want to go.
You can key in "Ort" (city), "HSt." (Haltestelle = bus stop/train station etc.), "Str." (street, an address) or "POI" (point of interest).
"Datum:" is date.
"Uhrzeit:" is time.
Then you can choose between Abfahrt (departure), Ankunft (arrival). This is important for the time you key in, either you want to depart at that time from your starting point or you want to arrive at that time at the place you wanted to go to.
Optionally you can tick "mit Fernverkehr", which means long distance travel with train by the Deutsche Bahn like ICE or Intercity, this is more expensive than urban traffic lines.
After you gave all the information to the system, you click on "Fahrten anzeigen" (show me the possible connections). The possible connections with line information etc. will be shown in a new window.
Hope it helps. |
