Go to http://www.telefonbuch.de (German online telephone directory) - then, go to "English" and search for yourself. It's unlawful in Germany to publish private addresses and phone numbers on an Internet forum like Yahoo Answers!

You can get the address from the german equivalent of the telephone directory, that's if the person's listed. The online version can be read in English ad there's a simple search engine on the home page. All you need is a name and a town... easy! Go to www.dastelefonbuch.de

But as same as in the USA, if the man has a private line his number is not listed. If you are sure that you have the right information, at the town hall you can apply that they give you his address if available.
