The foods the above answerer has listed - except for the Obadzda- are typical for Franconia , which is the northern part of Bavaria.

Other typical foods in Bavaria are:

Leberkäs: Is a sort of meatloaf, made with beef or veil and other ingredients. It doen's contain any liver. It is a popular fast food, served on a roll with sweet mustard.

Süßer Snef: Sweet Mustard that is eaten with Weisswurst and Leberkäs

Knödel/Klöße: Potatodumpling. Either made of raw, shreded potatos (=rohe Knödel or Klöße) wich is common way to make them in Franconia. They can also be made from mashed cooked potatoes, or a blend of raw and cooked potatoes.

Semmelknödel: Dumpling made of stale rolls or bread. More common for the southern part of Bavaria

Schweinsbraten: Pork roast. Often served in a dark beer sauce, together with Knödel and Blaukraut.

Blaukraut: Cooked red cabbage. In the rest of Germany it is called Rotkohl (=red cabbage) in Bavaria it is called Blaukraut (=blue cabbage), probably because of the purple-blue color it has when cookked.

Zwedschgendatschi: Type of sheet cake. Typically a yeast dough with cut up plums (=Zwetschgen) on top. Served with whipped cream. This dish is typical for the late summer/ early fall when plums are harvested.

Brez'n: One of the most typical Bavarian foods. It is the large and soft 'ancestor' of the internationally known snack pretzles. They are usually the size of a large hand but in Beergardens and the Oktoberfest they are three times as large.
In southern Bavaria the typical Brez'n is very crunchy on the outside and is sprinkled with coarse salt. In northern Bavaria the Breze is softer and sprinkled in finer grained salt. There also a sweet variety of the Breze is sold.

Butterbreze: A Brez'n cut in half and spread with butter. A very popular snack in southern Bavaria.

Radi: Thin slices of White Radish served raw and moderately salted. In order to make it tastier the radish slices have to be salted . The salt has the effect that the radish slices start to expell their juice, thus making them milder.( In Bavaria one also says that one makes the radish cry before one can eat it) This is a traditional food eaten in Beergardens, together with the Obadzda, Brez'n and beer.

Rohrnudeln: A pastry. It is a relative of the wellknown Austrian dish called 'Dampfnudel'. The Rohrnudel is a yeast dumpling often filled with preservd fruit like plums or apricots. Outside of Bavaria this dish is also known as 'Buchteln'

Radler Mass: Although the mix of beer and lemonade has also very popular in the rest of Germany it used to be a typical Bavarian thing.
The 'Mass' is a big glass holding 1 litre. And up until recenty it was the only size for beer and Radler available in real Beergardens.

Russen Mass: Also a mix of beer and lemonade. But instead of regular beer, wheat beer is mixed with lemonade.

Schäufela: Roast Pigs schoulder served with Knödel and sauce. A dish more common in Franconia than in the rest of Bavaria.

Btw: What the above poster lited as "Baggers" is known in Upper Bavaria as ' Reiberdatschi' and what he described as 'Knechla' is known in Upper Bavaria as " Hax'n "

@LaFeeFan A "Bamberger Hörnla" is not a croissant roll. It is a kind of potato that ideally has the form of a croissant roll, and red skin.
