The Goethe-Institute is an excellent organization where you can learn about the German culture and where you can learn the language!
I am a German native, but my husband is not and he went to the Goethe Institute for language lessons. They are awesome. He has learned the language very well.
We also go often to the Goethe-Institute to watch German movies or attend other cultural events. It's always fun.

I did an internship there and I have to say the cultural offers are really great. The courses are quite expensive but also of a high quality. Also you make great contacts.

As far as I know you can take German classes there. I think you have to ask foreigners to get some opinions.
