German saunas/pools/gyms?

hey, I'm a high-school student from the US going to study abroad in Germany. I was wondering if there are any saunas/pools/gyms that are primarily for teens and other high schoolers? would these be nude? a list would be really really helpful. Thanks
Additional Details
hey everyone, thanks for the answers. some of you mentioned that some lakes and swimming areas are dominated by teens - are most of the people there generally nude as well? is it acceptable to wear a swimming suit there?

Saunas and pools are usually not "primarily" for teenagers. Saunas and gyms especially not, but in summer it seems almost every out-door pool has been taken over by the teenagers of the area (though that's not the case. Everyone is allowed in there, but it's just THE place to hang out in every town in summer).
Gyms... well, there are sports clubs with youths teams, so yeah, somewhat specialized for teenagers, but not really.
They would definitely not be nude!

Saunas are (generally) nude areas. Do not thumb me down for this, that is the way it is in Germany. Towels are a must, so you aren't dripping sweat all over, but you can cover yourself with that if you are uncomfortable. There usually is a (small) pool for cooling down in between sauna sessions, but those usually are really just small things, and not for swimming.
Normally they have days set that there is "women only" or "men only", but at all other times, sauna is mixed.

Saunas nude, yes (towels allowed)
Gyms nude, hell no

There aren´t saunas/pools/gyms especially for young people but there are special courses at gyms just for women or days at saunas just for women or men or mixed.

As frackled already wrote, saunas are usually nude. And you'll have to adapt to some more nudity than you're used to from the US. When I was a student, we used to go swim naked in some lake in summer, and it was big fun. Just don't be shy; we don't have any fish here that bite.

Women, however, might.

Matt R
Yes, prepare for it. Germany is more open about nudity in public places, like saunas, spas, even on the beach. Gyms should be OK.
Usually high schools and Colleges offer a lot of sport activities, especially gyms. Pools and saunas for students are more rare.
But you will have plenty of choice.

Saunas are nude, mostly mixed men and women
Many of the recreational spa areas offer nude evenings, or even days too.
About specialized in teens I don´t know any gyms.
Maybe the school you are attending in Germany has a offer like this, but I doubt it. And for sure this will not be nude.
At many of the lakes in Germany you can swimm nude.
In case you are looking for a gay ambente, buy the Spartacus guide after arrival.

The gays especially like the saunas. Of course, that's the same the world over.
