Hm, well, I can only judge the countires I have been to, so... People-wise: Mexico, USA, France, UK, in that order
country-side: UK (south, and Schottland), France, Canada, Mexico
Food-wise: Italy and France
culture-wise: UK, Mexico, France
there are so many angles to look at a country... Impossible to tell which I like "best" in total. Every medal has two sides. |

It used to be America, but that has changed .... I would say before and definitely during the Bush Administration, for reasons you might know. Now, Obama is gaining some trust back.
For some reason I have seen the north European countries gain popularity lately, for instance Sweden, Finland, Denmark. But everybody has his or her own favorites.
Again, it's hard to say something like this for the collective German people. Everybody will like a specific country better than another, either for their people, their nature, their politics and what not.
It's always easier to say whom we don't like than whom we like :) |

Although I wasn't born in Germany, I am a German-American. I think Austria or Switzerland probably, because they should be part of Germany and to me are Germany. They speak German, and are basically identicle.
