HOWS THE WEATHER IN GERMANY DURING JUNE JULY? what type of clothes should i take?

do people dress casual?

It can get quite hot in Germany during June and July. Most people wear Capri pants, even the men, which looks quite nice! Bring some comfortable sandels, a rain coat, and a hat. People dress casual to go shopping, and to take walks around the cities. Just don't be too casual, don't wear any leggings and long t-shirts, thats too North American looking!

What part of Germany? Try weather.com for specifics and average temperatures. : )

June and July will be quite warm in Germany, but it does depend on where you are going. If you are going to one of the World Cup cities, it will be hot because most of them are at relatively low elevations. People will dress quite casual. Girls will wear small tops and skirts, jeans, or capri pants. Guys typically where t-shirts with shorts, jeans, or capri pants (I know... guys wear capri pants here!?!?). It's silly.

I am German and the weather over there is pretty hot in midsummer(July until August). Also last year they had a lot of rain.
They wearing the same clothes as you. The best thing is to be prepared for all kind of weather.

Yes, people dress casually....but they also dress for what they are doing, too.

You DON'T wear your grubs to the store. You WILL get the looks. :)

June and July -yes, depending where you are- can be a bit humid, but overall is nice.

Last year, there was a heat wave-followed by a cold, rainy spell in June-then back to the heat wave.
Take short sleeves and alight coat,too-especially if you're going to wander in the mountains.

Have fun! I love Germany.
:)
