Well seeing we don't have a 'Labour Day' there's no point...Oct 3 is the day of German Reunification. The only thing that would be similar to 'Labour Day' would be the Day of The Workers - May Day.

It's the Tag der Deutschen Einheit...day of the German renunion..
not the labour day...and I think there a lots of Germans out there who aren't so happy about it...translation would be: Ich wuensche dir viel Spass am Tag der Deutschen Einheit (have fun on the day of the German reunion)
