Have anyone been to FrankfurthGermany were there much to do there in ann main frankfurth germany?

I think berlin germany is better becuase it is the capitla of germany and there ore to see and do there in BGerlin germany. I aso want to got o Munich Germany as well. thing thing about frankfurth germany I can get a nonstop directl flight from san francisco to frankfurth on Luthasa Airlines Berlin dose not ha ea nonstop from SFO to Berlin you have to make a connection n New York. also did anyone take the trian frm frankfurth to Berlin if so, how long dose that take to reach Berlin from Frankfurth. I understand Frankfurth have nothing but international banking so I guess there might not be much to do there in frankfurth germany. thank You Matt

Matt, Frankfurt is THE huge German airport hub for the World...Just accept this (it seems like almost all international flights go to Frankfurt) ...it's a long story---the flights out of NYC to Berlin just started about a year or so ago...(another long story) ---You can take the train from the Frankfurt airport to Berlin (in the north) through Hannover...and then if you wish go south on the train (back through Frankfurt) to Munich...or they have cheap flights from Berlin to Munich..The train to Berlin takes about 4 and a half hours with all the waiting around and stuff as I recall...

My gosh, can't even understand what you're trying to say with all these spelling mistakes you make

Frankfurt is were its happening bars Clubs History all over the place Rhein river. Ive lived in Germany 13 years been to all the big city's I prefer Frankfurt it has something going on all the time.

Ken Guru
Also Frankfurt has a lot to offer besides banks! Or do you think SFO is not worth having a look at because there's no statue of liberty and no empire state building??????? Who told you such nonsense?!!!

I prefer Frankfurt to either Berlin or Munich, and in the surrounding there's much more history dating back to the Romans you can forget about Berlin AND Munich together. I don't mean the other cities are bad - not at all. Each city has its own character and you can't really compare them objectively.

For train connections have a look at
