Simone got it correct
It is a bit tricky since there are several possible meanings she picked the right one.

As a postman I have to say Simone is absolutely right

Simone
I've already sent an answer, but it wasn't submitted. So I try it once again.

I suppose you mean the word "Nachnahme". That's "Cash on delivery".

Sarah
In this case "Nachname" means Cash on Delivery.

Oompah Loompah.
Ignore Stuart F, the German for nickname is 'Der Spitzname'.

OK, Nachname means surname.

Versandoption - this relates to the different options for sending (ie:first class etc). Broken down literally 'Versand' means shipping.

Vorkasse means advance payment.

EDIT: Simone! Nachnahme *does* mean cash on delivery. Well spotted! That is more likely the right answer in the context of the other information.

bozenmoon
Nachname means : Last Name
Vorkasse - nein means :cash before delivery ( CWO ; c.w.o. ) - NO
most common in Germany

¿Quien mas que yo?
Nachname means 'Last Name'

"Nachname" means family name.

Edit: Simone's right in the context.

Stuart F
Nachname = Nickname
