Well since the 'Black forest' is an entire region it would be helpful to know which place you want to go there.
Anyway I prepared you a link of German railway you only need to enter Frankfurt as start and the city in Black forest region you want to go as arrival.

Hi the best way is if you would take the train. The cheapest probably also you can buy a "weekend ticket" it costs you around 24 euro and you can use it on a weekendday and in this price are 5 people included. |

As the previous poster suggested, the railway is the only reasonable way to get there.
The trains from Frankfurt probably run through Mannheim and/or Heidelberg on to Karlsruhe and Freiburg.
Everything south of Karlsruhe is called "Black Forest". Freiburg is the only real city in the Black Forest region, and I'd guess it's probably the best hub to change into local trains or tour busses. |
