If you can find a job before you go, it's a lot easier. Or if you can marry a German citizen. You're not allowed to work without a permit, and they won't let you work for very long unless you want to become a citizen. Umm, if you know what town you want to go to, talk to the Stadtsamt of that town. Also, the German Embassy can help. Opening a business, I'm not sure of. |

ok its easy to move here...however not so easy to get a job. speaking as a uk citizen u have 3 months from ur arrival to find a job or set up ur business. learning german first is a good start (found that out to my expense). there is a good english speaking community here....all the best! |
