Everyone who moves to Germany has to get "registered" with the city. So if you have an idea which city they moved to, you can contact the "Rathaus" and try to get some info from them. Or try "www.dasoertliche.de", that's the phonebook.
Good luck!

yes, the above answers r correct, unless the person u r looking for is military member. they r not required to register with the city, and they don't...so the best way to find someone in the miltary....if u know someone else that is in the military, have them look up the person on the AKO website(under white page) . military members have to have an AKO account ,and is has to b up to date on the location there at ,at the time. good luck

Put "I moved to Germany" in google if you want anyone who has moved.
http://www.google.com/search?q=%22I+moved+to+germany%22&rls=com.microsoft:en-gb:IE-SearchBox&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&rlz=1I7RNWE

If you are looking for a specific person, then any family or friends left behind should know.
