How do you pay for a camera speeding ticket in Germany?

Okay so I got a speeding ticket in Germany, thirty days after I visited Wurzburg, can't read all of it, from a camera. I can make out that they want 20 euros and that it is for speeding. Along with the ticket there is a slip that comes with most bills here in Germany it looks like a banking deposit slip. Here is my problem, I don't have a German bank account, I have a United States bank account, I am here with the military. A German lady I asked about how to pay it, told me that I had to take it to my bank and they would help me make out the slip and they would take it out of my bank account, which can't happen because I bank with USAA that doesn't have banks over here. Does anyone know how I can go about paying this, I cannot go to Wurzburg, it is too far away from me. Can I go to a German bank and give them cash and they can do it that way? Thanks for any help.
Additional Details
It says Bayer. Landesbank Munchen for the bank. I know it isn't a deposit slip but it looks like one. I am in Grafenwoehr if that helps.

Grafenwöhr helps me a lot. Go to the next Sparkasse and ask for assistance in filling in the form. You can pay cash there, and they'll probably only charge you a 3 euro service fee. You can also go to the nearest post office with a "Postbank" sign on it, but they will charge you a little bit more, something like 6 Euros. -- Or go to a police station. Don't be afraid, most probably they'll just take your money, and you get away with no fees at all. If you only have to pay 20 euros you weren't speeding too much. It won't bring you into jail.

Maia is always correct she is a native you can trust and she is 100% legit.
Since she is eastern German you have to give her the BA she will cry all night if you don't.

Rick the psycho
You can pay it at any bank in Germany but since you have no account will be charged an extra fee.

Hello

I recommend paying with 'money'...

Pay for it with Euro

You can pay with that slip at every Bank or Sparkasse. But its expensive if you pay cash.
May be your us-bank makes an international money order, ask for the costs.

Take a look at the "banking deposit slip". (It is not a banking deposit slip, but it doesn't matter.) Does it look like this?

If yes, look at the third line, "bei (Kreditinstitut)". There should be the name of the bank the money goes to.

Drive to the branch of this bank that is closest to you, take the payment slip for all the details and pay cash. Some other bank branches close will also do, but then expect to pay a fee of roughly 3-10 EUR for paying cash. Some banks will refuse to do this outright. Also note that some government authorities use special state-owned banks (Landesbanken), in this case go to any bank closest to you.

(Tip: You would get better information if you could give the name of the bank and the area you live in, we could check online for the closest branch.)
