Depends what part of Germany
in most parts it is phonetically eesh leeba deesh, but in Berlin accent it is ick leeba dick. endings sound different.
And AUCH is prounouned in English as Owwchh
So eesh leeba deesh owwchh.
An online translator will say Ich liebe Sie auch but that is for a formal person you dont really know thats why you change the Sie for Dich.
I found this cool site but I am not sure how accurate it is being online but you can HEAR the voices so you can hear how AUCH is pronounced properly at least!!

After that you can change it for the word "auch".

eehhcchch leeeba dihhcchch owchh
the hhcchh sound is made similar to hissing, but with the back of your tongue against the back of your mouth.
Normally when you make a hissing sound ' ssss' you use the front of your tongue on the roof of your mouth. To make the other sound use the back of your tongue with the back of your mouth.
In English, "ie" makes the "ee" sound and "ei" makes the "a" as in "weigh".
In German, "ie" makes the ee sound and "ei" makes the "eye" sound as in "hi"
In German, the e at the end of a word makes a short "uh" sound like the "ba" in "bubba".
"au" in German is pronounced like the word "ow". |

eesh leeba deech owch - just remember not to pronoucne the 'ch' the way it is in English. Say the letters individually. Its what makes that hard scratchy suond.
The BBC website has a good language section that has audio examples for pronounciation. |
