Dra E
Without hard work on your pronounciation(escpecially ch-sound which is NOT ck or sh)
it won´t sound so good.

But i try

Bitte(i like in sh.it)
hinterlassen(i like above, a like in jamaican "man")
zee
ayne
Nackrickt(ch-sound is much different but sh sounds even more stupid/i like above)

But i would suggest that you listen to spoken german first for better pronounciation.
Making ch-sound would impress your cousins.

I'd prefer Dra E's answer.

However: Every German person would be able to understand "please leave a message"

Bitte hinterlassen Sie eine Nachricht.

It would even be funnier if you `d say

Bitte hinterlassen Sie eine Nachricht nach dem Signalton.
Thats so old school ;)

That`s how you pronounce it.

Bit-ah hint-R-larson sea ayn-ah Nah-ch-richt, nach damn Seagnal-tone

Christian K
I kinda agree with Dra E, but for the last pronunciations, I think I have a better way for you:

Bitte (like as in hit-a i.e I HIT A ball) pronounce it like that, but substitute the "B" in Bitte for the "H" in hit

zee (pretty basic)
eine = eye-na
Nachricht...yeah without knowing the "ch" sound, it's gonna be rough

Alwin E
I'll try an English transcription; stress the syllable written in CAPITALS. The x stands for the German "ch" sound; if you can't pronounce it, use a k.

BIT-ey HINT-air-LUSS-ayn zee EYE-nay NUX-reext.

Bibie
the easiest way to write it for an english speaker to just read it would be like (this will give you a heavy accent, but there is no way for you to say it properly without an accent):

bit uh
hinter lussen (the 'lu' pronounced like in the english word 'lust')
zee
ayne
nuhck rickt (toughest word for englisch speaker to pronounce')
