Take it from someone who actually lives in Germany ... friendship is the same the world over, it all begins with conversation. If you can speak Deutsch you increase your odds of making a new friend tremendously.

Germany just offers more opportunity. We've got walking paths, open air markets, trains, buses. We aren't sheltered in the cocoon of the individual cars. The boys have something to look at because German girls don't pig out at fast-food places. Europeans are slimmer and enjoy a better quality of life in the older years.

Funny thing about is the German dudes tell me there are no women available ?????? I look around, and I get astonished, they are just everywhere.

i think german girls are as friendly as the girls everywhere, maybe a little bit different because of the culture and living conditions.

Depends on the girl i suppose, i lived there for 3 years all i got was questions of interest, from girls.
i dated a few too i must say some are a bit strange but generally they are not too different from ours, although things are different there imagine your typical 17 year pld girl using her ''talents'' to get into the pub here over there its much more relaxed so you know its a lot easier to say lets go out for a drink.
german girls are friendly, but remember to them they are probably asking the same question too.

Just to give someone in this round a subtle message:you are rude, racist and obviously no one likes you in your personal life either (your answers to other questions show that clearly). You have some serious issues, maybe you should change your attitude a little bit?

Now, to answer the question: I am half German, half British and I moved away from Germany a few years ago because I find Germans very boring and without any life in them. However, that does not mean that they are unfriendly. Furthermore, people seem to like the idea of hating the Germans and the French without having any reasons (it's probably just convenient for people to carry on with the same attitude towards certain nations for half a century because it becomes somewhat a tradition?!?!).

Anyway, to give an honest answer: German girls are usually friendly, can be a bit sulky at times and have a bit of arrogance about them (if we HAVE to stereotype them, this would be my overall summary). 60% of my best friends are German! :-)
