The best are tir na nog - (celtic pub in Bischofsweg in Neustadt) and Jim Beam's Bar (Alaunstrasse, not a pub really, more an american-style bar, but patronised by a load of Irishmen-and just round the corner from tir na nog).
There is also the Red Rooster in Rähnitzgasse.
These are only three locations, but they're all in Neustadt (the bar/club/scene/nightlife-part of town) so pretty close to each other.
You can also get a decent pint of Guinness and great music at Madness, Louisenstrasse (also neustadt).
