Totally depends on where you go. It can start around 2,50 for an appetizer in a small, cheap restaurant in a small to middle-sized town. In Munich, you'd be (almost) lucky if the cleaning lady from the bathroom doesn't send you out with a kick in your butt for giving her a tip like that (<= very exagerated on my part, but...) A beer usually costs around 2 - 2,50€ where I live. In Munich, it's about 4€ in the town center. On the outskirts or in "insider restaurants/bars", it's less.
Like I said, it totally depends on where you are, and also on the kind of restaurant. |

Really depends on where you are. Sodas and water can be anywhere from €2 to €3,50.
Typically main dish German food will run anywhere from €5-20, completely depending what kind of restaurant it is.
As for appetizers, soups would be in the €2-5 range, while fancier ones could run up to €10. Desserts will be in the same price range.
Hope this helped some. |

Depends on where you go. Generally, I think it can be pricey. |
