As stated above, it's difficult to impossible finding a furnished flat of 90 m², especially in southern germany. At least if it's not a holiday appartment.
But if you'll find one, it's rather expensive. I'd say, about 1000 Euro (absolutely minimum in a bad area and then you're really lucky) to 2000 Euro in munich; about 800 euro to 1400 euro in nurnberg.
If it's furnished, you'll have to pay usually for the furniture in the beginning.

it would all depend on what sort of an area u choose, the facilities too. its very difficult to answer such a query. u need to check out these details yourself.

Munich- forget it or you are a Lotto-Winner.
Nürnberg may be not so expensive.

Good luck!

Here are listed some furnished Appartments in München and surroundings.

For Nürnberg are more details necessary. The page is in german, hope, thats not a problem. If you need help, contact me.

you might be better off to look in a suburb and commute by streetcar.Besides you may not like the old houses in the city ,i used to live there and had to go down the street to have a shower
German people - like all europeans of day's gone by didn't think you had to have a shower or bath everyday.

its gonna be difficult to find a furnished one, the vast majority of flats in germany are unfurnished, those that are furnished are usually for students and have far less than 90 m^2.
Besides, Munich is more or less the most expensive city you could possibly find in germany.Finding a flat is a big problem in itself in Munich, even if you have the money, because theres too many people who want to live there.
