¿How much is 720 Euros for living in Heidelberg - Germany? ¿Is it good? ¿Is it a bad mount of money?

I will be living in Heidelberg - Germany and studying my master at Heilderberg University. I will have 720 Euros per month but I do not know if it is enough for living in well conditions there. I already have (current) a private health insurance. Thanks.
Additional Details
Well, 720 Euros for: rent, food and public transportation.

Is the 720 € to cover all your costs?
Will you need to rent an apartement?
To answer this correctly we will need more information.

720 € to live on is not enough if you need to pay a rent and eat etc from it
at least not to live a good and healthy life.

That is very very tight, I would not consider it living in good conditions.

That will not be enough
But no problem in Frankfurt is big red light district so you can earn there what ever you miss

pro_and_contra
All the above answers are correct, it is very little.

That's really not much. Heidelberg is quite expensive.

You should calculate at least 250€ for a room in a university dorm
or a minimum of 450€ for a small apartment (rather 350€ / 550€ including power, phone, internet...).
You'll probably need at least 150€ for food and other daily needs.

finestrat1
Very little!

It depends on where you're staying.
If you're slepping at the students house it's probably about 200€ per month.
Than you would have ca. 500€ left, which I think should be enough.
If you rent a flat you will have to pay 300-400€, leaving you 300-400 to live then what would be very less.
But if you don't need much it could also be enough.
Apropos, food normally isn't more expansive than in the USA, but most other things are...
