I tried to find out on the Deutsche Bahn website, but they didn't have the info there. However, since it's all Regionalbahn etc.(regional trains, not the super fast ones) I doubt it will be very expensive. My guess would be less than $30.
@blue_daffodil2005 : That would be the fare for going on an ICE train.... the regional trains are definitely cheaper than that! |

Since Flensburg is in Schleswig-Holstein you can use the Schleswig-Hostein Ticket and it is really cheap.
Take a look at this website:

It will cost you less than 30 Euros for 5 people. You just need to find your way around in trains that you are allowed to use but it shouldn't be that hard.
