With plane my friend was flyed just 50 eur I guess with ryanair. or tuifly..By bus is nearly 30- 60 . If you choose train especially ICE is so expencive if you will not buy so before and online ticket.

it depends where you travel from, in germany, to where you are going to in holland......... from 10euros onwards.

by train, about 75 euros. get a rail pass it will be cheaper.

If you're going from somewhere not far from the Dutch border, you can catch a regional train (Regionalbahn) which will be not as pricey as the fast ICE train. For example, Düsseldorf and Duisburg have a number of ok cross-border connections.
