Very dificult to answer as you didnt mention how you want to travel: plane, bus, car, train, taxi???
Your best bet would probably be to take a train S1 or S8 from the airport to the central train station in Munich. Thats about a 45 minute ride. Then take a train from there. Theres an information desk for train connections at the airport, Theres a big DB sign right above the desk in the central area. Follow the "Z" signs to get there. You can also check the train schedules via internet www.db.de . When the site opens then enter Munich in the top left field called VON (from) and then Bad Abbach in filed NACH (to) then enter the date and time and define either ABFAHRT (departure) or ANKUNFT(arivaltime).
