First, you can take a bus from the Hamburg airport to the main train station. From there, you can catch many trains to Hannover. The InterCity Express leaves every hour from Hamburg to Hannover, and is approximately 38 Euro, one way.

You can take a Busfrom the Airport to the Trainstation Hamburg and from there to Hannover
Check the Deutsche Bahn website...You have to go through Hannover to get about anyplace so I am sure there are a lot of trains from the Hamburg Haptbahnhof (Main train station) and a lot of transport from the airport to there....

Go from the airport to Hamburg Hauptbanhof and catch The ICE to Hannover. You might even be able to catch it from the airport.
