Depends on where you will be staying, what you are into and what you plan to do with it.
Like if you are near the "black forrest" you might want to buy the famous clocks, if in bavaria you might want to get traditional clothing or beer glasses.
If you like rammstein or German metal bands then get special albums, shirts and posters.
For resale get Nazi coins, stamps and medals (great bargains at local second hand stores)
Some people like german military stuff (shirts, camouflage and what not) theres a store selling used and new stuff in every large city.
For fun you might like to get a german DVD, they usually have the english original as well as the German language, but in the US they only play back on code free players. |
