The reason this is happening is because your IP address will usually tell website servers what country you are physically in. Most of the time this doesn't make any difference, it just provides interesting statistics for the website administrators.

In this case, Cartoon Network has a different site according to what country you're in, so it will continually re-direct you to what it thinks is the 'correct' site for someone in Germany.

When the German site loads, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the text links. There is one on the far right that says "Internationale Sites". Clicking on this will take you to a page listing all the Cartoon Network sites around the world.

*If* for some reason, after clicking on the appropriate link in this list you are still redirected back to the German page (shouldn't happen, but you never know) there is one thing left to try: If you are using your own computer (laptop or whatever) download Mozilla Firefox, as the redirection doesn't seem to work in Firefox, and it will load whichever one you type in.

Unfortunately if you can't try this then I have no more ideas left.

Hope you get there!

Go to any US site and ask them to log you into the Cartoon site. First, you must make sure you are definitely in the US.

It happens all the time. It happens on AOL as well.

It used to work when I cleared the cache, but that doesn't work either anymore.

Contact your provider.

I have friends who learned English by watching TV.
Maybe you could learn some German that way, too.

Stationed? If you are in our military, thank you soldier for all
you do for our country.
