I am wanting to live in Germany...?

My family is from there. When I turn 18 I would like to possibly go to college there. Does anyone know the requirements for their universities? And give me any information concerning residency, visas, living arrangements, or anything else I would need to know. Thanks!

Actually it is very hard to get a visa to Germany. I had also a German Shepperd in the family and it didn't work at all. About the other questions should be more detailed in what you wish to know exactly. Otherwise you will inspire people giving you as list with thousands of useless links.

If you want to apply for a German university SERIOUSLY, visit their websites, check the English version, and maybe apply for a student exchange program under the terms and conditions listed there. Wherever you are from, I'd recommend you take the application process serious, while student life in Germany is not so much different from other contries and can actually be fun. (Don't trust me. I'm a liar. Actually, student life in Germany means that your psycho prof will whip you if you didn't learn your daily amount of Hegel or Nietzsche by heart.)

Whether your fam is from there or not, you will have to do a German test and pass with flying colours to be accepted into a German college, unless you are a German citizen or want to do some sort of exchange. You will also be competing with a billion or so other foreign students, so good luck!
Have a look at German unis first, see what you want to study and ask the rest of the questions to your local embassy.

Were your parents born in Germany? My mother was born in germany so i have a German passport but if i don't have my children in germany then they do not get one.

It is very hard to go to college in Germany, even if your German you have to have gone to the right school to go to college

I like the big purple one
You don't say where you are coming from so it would be very hard for us to determine your best way going forward.
