Historically Germany and Austria, but of that Choice Germany and Switzerland, Switzerland is a multi Nation with many languages French and German being the 2 main. But that does not mean they are similar. The Swiss are different by many Political and social ideals. But also Germany differs from area to area. where it touches the boarders of the other countries there are similarities but watch (3sat TV) which is for Germany Austria and Switzerland. or watch Deutsche Welle TV and radio both can be picked up on the web.Deutsche Welle is in English so easy to understand .3 sat sometimes English. form your own opinion but that will not be over night, any school asks that, will need to visit or do a pupil exchange to learn this. |

Switzerland . . . but Austria would be much closer in cultural similarities, language and food.
South Tirol of Italy because it was a formally a part of Austria.
France, definitely ah no.

Switzerland. Called Der Schweiz in German. In Germany they speak deutsch, and in Switzerland they speak schwiezerdutsch (pronounced shveetzer-dootch).
Switzerland also has regions which speak italian and regions which speak french. So, it's a country with influences from three other countries.
But from the choices you listed, the answer would be Switzerland.

All of them, as we originated from one people once. That's why our languages are similar too. During medieval times a lot of the nowadays countries were united as the Francs under Karl the Great. So we are all quite close, really. |
