Discrimination is a universal behavior that you will encounter everywhere at some level in all human cultures. Is it more likely that Germany will be worse that any other location? No.

My name is Alwin, that means either "the palefaced" or the "friend of the elves". (The former is Latin, the latter is ancient Gothic.)

If you have Albinism, Germany is the best place to go, because it's almost impossible to get a sunburn here in summer. Light-blond hairs are also not uncommon here, so you're welcome. We even have some clinics who treat persons who suffer from Albinism; we just don't call it Albinism any more, but "allergy against light" or "summer allergy syndrome".

according to the below website, Germans greatly dislike Scientologists...I highly doubt that you will face discrimination.

No, but don't go to Tanzania - They like you guys a lot and you might find someone cutting bits and pieces off you to fashion good luck amulets;)

We are all so white from the winter now, that you will probably be the darkest one around, so herzlich Willkommen!

No. People with Albinism are celebrated in Germany. Every Tuesday they have a party. And the albino's march up front.

No, not at all. Most people will be able to recognize your albinism as what it is and try to be extra helpful (positive discrimination, if you will).
