The Deutsche Mark notes can only be exchanged at the Federal Bank (Bundesbanken) http://www.finanzinform.de/bankenliste_b12.html
or at the State Central Bank (Landeszentralbanken) since 3/1/2002, Local banks are not accepting DM anymore.
The exchange rate is 1.95583, DM100 = Euro 51.13

Sorry, but the Deutsche Mark has been replaced by the Euro in 2001. Keep them as a souvenir.
