why don't you try to search for it on amazon.de..sometimes I do that, if somethings are from other countries! I know that many places have no delivery to Australia and Indonesia!

Goddess of Grammar
I could only find information about delivery within Europe.
Here's the email address, maybe they can answer you in English?
shop@silbermond.de

well, it that things will be sent within Germany, Austrai and Switzerland. But I believe if you accept to pay the additional pstage for overseas they will also send it to Oz. Write your question in English (I'm sure it will be understood as most Germans in a younger age do) to shop@silbermond.de

Good luck

Didn't know that this band is known in Oz anyway :)

Just to complement Alpine's answer:

valiart merchandising

shop@silbermond.de

I know that packages from Germany are quite expensive (weight allowance), but send "Ulf" an email and ask him. I'm sure that Silbermond will love to have fans in Australia....
