The Marriott may have an airport shuttle try that first. Call them.
If not, cab it. |

i would try mapquest.com or yahoo!'s directions or whatever its called, all you have to do is input the locations and its really easy! if you don't know the addresses or exact names look it up then do the whole mapping thing! |

Take the S-Bahn or any train (the ICE trains are nice! ) that is going to the Main railway station in Frankfurt city. Then from there take a taxi.
It will only cost you about 6 euro to town, and about 10 euro by cab. Otherwise from the airport, you'll looking at at least 40-50 euro. |

Have the baggage man that is there to transport your luggage hire a cab for you. If at all possible though, try to have the hotel arrange a transfer. The Marriot usually has pick up service. |

Ask the hotel if they don't have an airport shuttle? Some larger hotels will pick you up and take you back and forth to the airport. Contact the hotel. I agree with Wild Rice above. Try to avoid taxis in Europe. They are expensive. Buses, trains and free shuttles are better. |

If there's no shuttle available from the airport go to the local train station (notice: there's also a long distance train station!) underneath the airport and take any train to downtown Frankfurt and get off at the main station (= "Hauptbahnhof"!). From there you'd better take a taxi; it will be only a short ride. - Alternatively take the subway from the main station to "Festhalle/Messe" (Line U4, final destination "Bockenheimer Warte") and walk a few hundreds of meters to the hotel. |

Probably you will arrive early in the morning.
You will suffer from a terrible jetlag. Take a taxi to the hotel, take a 2 hour nap and than enjoy the city. |

Under the Frankfurt International Airport is the train station. You can take the S-Bahn or the ICE Train to Frankfurt/M. City. If you at the train station in Frankfurt/M. you can take a taxi to the Marriot Hotel.
This is a nice hotel. Also ask the Hotel, they have perhaps shuttle busses from the Airport to the Hotel. They do.
Frankfurt is a such a nice city. I wish you good luck, nice trip and Merry Christmas... |
