If you are going to thumb every one down why ask? If it is not you then why would any one thumb them all down when they are trying to help them?

I know on weekends in Germany you can travel with a mutlipassenger ticket and it is real inexpensive and would at least take you from the German border to your destination for real cheap like probably less than 80 euro maybe, I am not sure with out looking up the rates. Now can you get to the German border with 100 Euro? Can you maybe pay a friend to drive you to the border?

I do not know the cost of trains in France so I do not know if you have these multi user tickets as they do on the weekends.

That is one way to do it. Another would be if you rode a motor bike, they get great gas mileage and you could ride there in a day or two max depending on your personal driving endurance. You would of course have to own a motor bike.

Or is there a bus that you can take to the German border then get a mutli pass?

I would take the advice of either some of the Germans and or the French who know their rail and travel system best.

You can check that:
http://www.bahn.de/international/view/fr/index.shtml
perhaps you should check the prices from/to Paris as the website can't show the price for a ticket Angers-Paris.

Can you get to Strasbourg with some French train?

Strasbourg-Villingen seems to be about 20 Euros one way, and it takes only about 90 minutes.

If anything else fails, you can try Eurolines busses
http://www.touring.de/index.php?id=2&L=1

I think Angers is connected to the wrong part of Germany by bus, but if you can start from Tours you can reach Stuttgart - the regular price is 112 Euros for a return ticket, but the journey is overnight and will take almost 24 hours. So it's not for people who want to travel comfortably.
Train from Stuttgart to Villingen is 55 Euros for the return ticket; journey takes 90 minutes.
