Distance between Frankfurt / Main (I think You mean this one) and Duesseldorf: 230 km or 144 mls respectively.
Travelling time by car: approx. 2.5 hours, about the same by train.

Distance between Frankfurt / Main
and Hannover: approx. 340 km or 212 mls respectively.
Travelling time by car: approx. 3.5 hours.
Travelling time by train: approx. 2.5 hours. (direct connection with high-speed train)

Frankfurt to Duesseldorf is about two hours; from Duesseldorf to Hannover is about 5. Frankfurt to Hannover is about 6. (all times by train)

It will take you roughly two hours from Frankfurt airport to Dusseldorf airport by car. I live in the area. I've not been to Hanover, though. Sorry.

Oh - and it is Frankfurt (Main or Oder?) and Hannover (you write sth else you get wrong informations).
