It is possible to buy old castles for even one euro, but you are expected to restore them to their former glory and would need several million in the bank, and a firm contract, before the government would sell you one. There must be a government site on the internet for the renovation of historic buildings in Germany.

If you are asking that question on here - you can't afford even a very small one. The purchase price is a minor problem compared to what it would cost you to make one liveable. IF you could find one for sale. Better think about a yacht. Much cheaper and easier to find.
