German kids expect chocolate in their shoes on dec. 6th(Nikolaus Tag: Santa puts chocolate, fruts,nuts in kids shoes,which were put outside their door.)
If the weather is nice, some people hang their downblankets out the window to air them out.
They have to seperate their trash into several bins. (paper, plastic,etc)
Most Germans drink carbonated mineralwater.
Germans usually eat a cold dinner. Bread, lunchmeats, cheese, pickles,tomatoes, beer.
They like to drink coffee in the afternoon and have a piece of cake.
In Germany you have to return all your glass bottles and most plastic bottles for recycling or reuse.
