You can get their "precious news" (thank you, Petra!) over the internet if you can trick them into believing that your computer is somewhere in America. There are a few ways of working around the "this video is not available in your country" message, but most of them are against some local legislation.

They do get CNN, but not FOX which I prefer too and cannot watch when there.
Your best bet get a PC to use there and go to Fox's website and at least check out their online news as well as video clips of news!!

Like American Fox news. No. You can get satalite TV and you can get the brittish channels in english but not American ones.
