This time of year you need to dress warm and dry as the weather changes really quickly. Its Springtime and LOTS of flowers are out. |

yes, if you are a qorld cup fan.
Where do you live.
If in a cold nations, you can enjoy moderate summer in Germany but if you are from a warm nation then surely this is not the time, December would be good. |

Yes, it is. Generally mid-April through June is nice in Germany. There is always a chance of rain, but that's life. |

Germany is a nice place to visit around the end, beginning of May, when they have their white asparagus season. Many restaurants will have specials with this vegetable. Also most of the flowers are in bloom |

Just came back from Germany yesterday! Its a fab place to visit any time of year, but the weather at the moment is not so great. Plenty of rain! July/August is the best time to visit if you want to stay warm and dry! |

Ya it is; but the best time is in summer (June-July) when the weather is great and you can enjoy sitting in the outdoor restaurants or lying on the beaches. |

I would say its okay. There is still snow apparently because I have a host family in southern Germany who are still skiing. It's also a good time if you like soccer. I would go during June though because that's when the World Cup starts. I would definately go during the fall when the Oktoberfest starts and it's still warm to walk around and see and do things before the frost or go during the winter time when you can see all of the markets set up for Christmas. Every city has its own Christmas market and they are totally decorated. Plus, Germany is close to the alps so you can do the best skiing there and the fastest bobsledding that you will ever do in your entire life. |

June, July and August will be the warmest months to visit Germany, and hopefully the least amount of rain. If going this summer, do try to visit during the June to early July timeframe to catch the excitement of the World Cup Soccer competition, even if you're not a fan of soccer (or football as it's called everywhere else but the U.S.). It will be a non-stop international party in every major city hosting the games. Nicest weather probably in Munich/München and throughout Bavaria. |
