It's a 6 hour drive to Krakow, Poland ( where the concentration camp was) and about a hour and a half drive to Krakow am See, which is in Germany. Be careful when asking about this if you're looking for directions. I had a friend do something similar and he swore up and down that Krakow was only 2 hours away from Berlin. He was right there was Krakow 2 hours from berling. . Just the wrong one! :0)
