Is medeical treatment for free in Germany ? Need to visit a doctor since I get pimpels everywhere?
As Frackled stated if you live and work there it is taken from your employment and so its not free.
If you are from another country then you should purchase Health insurance that works there and its as stated always good to have it where ever you live. Pimples is nothing compared to what it could be.
I do not expect BA never do, please give to Frackled.

No it is not free.
You need insurance if you are a visitor.
If you are a German citizen and work as an employee you are insured if you are self employed you need to take care of insurance on your own.

It's always good to get a health insurance for abroad at home.

If you are German you have Insurance when you work and when you unemployed the state insures you .People that visit are not automatically insured .

And if you are not ensured and have no right to get things paid for by the state (e.g. if you are a refugee or something) = have no permanent residency there, going to the doctor will cost you a lot of money.
