Yes there is actually mostof it in former GDR.
In most regional parliaments, in eastern Germany the NPD (National democratic Party) has seats. The average of votings in elections for NPD is about 10% in former GDR against 1,5% in former West Germany.

EDIT: @ DS other than in any other state in east Germany you have far right parties in the Parliament in France no FN in parliament in Britain no BNP in Parliamnet in the USA no KKK or WAR in parliament.
In East Germany NPD and DVU in parliament
So that is a big difference !!

In areas where there is a lot of unemployment, yes. One the whole, no. It depends on how you define anti-s.
It is illegal to belong to Nazi party, show swaztikas etc in Germany.
This is a link about Stolpersteine - little reminders sunk into just about every street:

Btw - frackle wrote a really nice answer and I also give a big thumbs up for German friendliness:)

No, as generally the groups styling them selves "Neonazis" are not that concerned with Jews, but with foreigners. With the Jewish communities in Germany growing through immigration (among other, more natural reasons), they have a spot in the general range of people disliked by the Neonazis, but are not exclusive.
In general, with the normal population of Germany, there is not a lot of Antisemitism and racism. Percentage-wise, it's less than in other countries, even.
This is to do with the rigorous policy of Germany that makes showing and wearing any Nazi-symbol out in public, as well as singing or playing a record of songs connected with that former party illegal. Besides that, the education German school kids get on the subject is very in-depth and very detailed.

Germany has been called "one of the friendliest and welcoming countries" in a recent study, based on how foreigners who moved(!) there (not tourists) perceived different countries, and how likely they were to be integrated by buying property, attending sportsclubs or joining other clubs.

No, not any more and it's also illegal.
In Germany there is less Anti-Semitism and racism than in the UK, and perhaps the USA.

I have several Jewish friends that emigrated from Israel to Germany, because it is safer for them to live there and they get more opportunities in Germany than in Israel.

Whilst there is Neo-Nazi activity in the former East-German states where unemployment is 20% for the last 15 years!!!, it is in numbers/percentages no more than in France Britain or the US for that matter.

Fandango
It has made something of a comeback over the last few years, together with the rise of right-wing extremism....
