Oh wow, good luck with that. Do you think there is only ONE person in Germany who's half german/half ethiopian and whose name is Robert? If you don't know the last name, and stuff like where he was born or how old he is, then it's nearly impossible to find him.

I have to agree with PiPi here additionally Robert is really a quite common name so without anymore details like last name address or birth date I highly doubt you can find him.
