Google Maps is a good one, better than Google Earth.

Just open the Google search engine and click on MAPS (just above the text box). You can scroll around to Berlin then zoom in to the resolution that you want. Street names and railway stations are all given.
When you've found what you're looking for you can switch to Satellite View for an aerial picture.
There is also a route finder facility in the sidebar.
Printing is possible.

Alternatively you could click through the links at www.bvg.de . This is the public transport operator's site.

I love Berlin although I was there during the 2000 Love Parade and couldn't get anywhere near the Brandenburg Gate for drunk/stoned teenagers. You can smell the drains when you cross roads at street corners too. You can get great kebabs in shops there with real Turkish bread. Enjoy.
