I have lived in munich for 8 years now and im telling you its a nice city its very safe hardly any crime its very clean and has lovely country side you must visit the starnbergersee its good for partys or just having a relaxing day.Munich is also a stones through away from the ski slopes if you only speak english the best english cinemas are THE LICHTSPIELE and THE CINEMA
.But property is quit expensive here.usually it is freezing in winter and we have snow for about 4 months but it gets really hot in the summer up to 35 degrees last year so it has the best of both worlds

Hi,

Munich is a great place to be and there are soooo many things to do.
Depending from where you've been living, the culture shock can be quite big, though.
In Munich everything is very orderly and strict. But at the same time it is safe to walk around at night.

Try to leanr some German (if you don't know already) and get to know locals.

People in Munich are mostly very friendly more the Germans in the north who are more reserved. They have lots of factories in Munich and surrounding areas, but since you did not menschen what line of work you do.' well i wish you good luck.'
